At DUCHESS BOUTIQUE, we want you to feel confident in your performance gear; if your athletic apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the product is free from any signs of wear or gym use.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
